About the project
Starting from May 12, 2020, GM Construction began
construction of residential buildings in Ganja Residential Complex located on
Azerbaijan Bayragi street by the order of State Housing Development Agency
(MIDA). Professional team of experienced specialists has successfully completed
construction of two 12-storey and one 9-storey buildings within time schedule.
Construction of this complex will be important for solving
the tasks set by the Head of State to improve the social situation of the
population in accordance with the demographic development.
It should be noted that this is not the only
project of the company, which was implemented by order of MİDA. GM Construction
is one of the companies involved in the construction of Yasamal Residential Complex
and Hovsan Residential Complex which is currently under construction.
