The “Baku City Residence Olimpik” residential complex, located in the city center, consists of 4 residential and 4 non-residential buildings, underground and above-ground parking lots, educational, sports, swimming pools, entertainment, playgrounds and recreation centers. The number of apartments in each of the 20-story buildings is 740. The number of rooms in the apartments is 2, 3, 4 and 5.
The materials used in the construction of the complex were designed to fully meet high quality standards. Each stage of the construction has undergone special quality and durability tests and has been certified. The window system of the buildings is made of special German-made hermetic glass. This is very important in terms of the unbreakability and safety of the glass. It should be noted that the glass system with this material is only in the buildings included in this project.
